Cubital tunnel syndrome presents clinically with numbness and tingling in the ring and little fingers, hand weakness, and pain along the medial elbow due to ulnar nerve compression. Diagnosis is based on clinical examination, positive Tinel’s sign at the elbow, and confirmed with nerve conduction studies showing slowed ulnar nerve conduction across the elbow. Management includes activity modification, nighttime elbow extension splinting, and in persistent or severe cases, surgical decompression
