Rockstar has made the GTA 5 upgrade free for the eligible PS4 and Xbox One owners, bringing the features to PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.

GTA 5 owners can now upgrade to the latest version for free on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, with better graphics, performance, and progress transfer support.

Ahead of GTA 6’s release in November, Rockstar Games has announced that anyone who owns a digital copy of GTA 5 for PS4 or Xbox One will get a free upgrade to the PS5 or Xbox Series X|S version.
