Photos circulating online show a Black doll hanged by beads from a Krewe of Tucks float. WWL Louisiana has reached out to the Krewe for a statement.

The Krewe of Tucks has permanently terminated the membership of two riders that dipicted a racist image on a Mardi Gras float Saturday night, according to a statement released by the organization.

The krewe said that the riders involved have been identified and their membership was permanently terminated.

The New Orleans mayor and city council president say they've reached out to Krewe of Tucks leadership following an offensive display on a float.
