Cardinals QB Carson Beck earned national headlines on Thursday night, finishing 15 of 19 for 188 yards and one touchdown in his preseason debut.

The preseason opened with an excellent performance from Arizona Cardinals rookie quarterback Carson Beck in the Hall of Fame Game. He’d complete multiple deep shots, throw his first touchdown, and walk away making his case in the Cardinals quarterback competition.

Carson Beck showed out in his first NFL appearance. During the Cardinals’ opening preseason matchup against the Panthers at the NFL Hall of Fame Game on Thursday, Beck, 24, racked up 188 passing yards and a touchdown while completing 15-of-19 attempts before being removed during the second half.

Carson Beck dominated for the Arizona Cardinals in the Hall of Fame Game, and the national media at ESPN and elsewhere could not get enough.
